North Dakota Safety Council

This week, NV5/Dade Moeller senior health physicist Dr. Alan Fellman attended the North Dakota Safety Council's Annual Safety & Health Conference in Bismarck. As part of the conference, Alan provided two training classes on Thursday of particular interest to the North Dakota oil and gas industry.

North Dakota TENORM Rules Finalized

The North Dakota Department of Health has ratified its proposed TENORM rules. The new regulation allows for disposal of materials with up to 50 pCi/g radium under certain circumstances and also includes requirements related to licensing and training.
