Gene Carbaugh Chairs DOELAP Oversight Board

Senior Health Physicist Eugene (Gene) H. Carbaugh has been elected to a three-year term as Chairman of the U.S. Department of Energy Laboratory Accreditation Program (DOELAP) Radiobioassay Oversight Board. Gene has served as a member of the Oversight Board for 12 years.

Radiobioassay is the measurement of radioactivity in the human body.

Dr. Darrell Fisher Joins Dade Moeller

We are happy to announce that Dr. Darrell R. Fisher has joined the firm as a principal medical dosimetrist.

Dr. Fisher comes to Dade Moeller from a nearly 35-year career at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), where he led the Isotope Sciences Program, a national nuclear technology resource. He has a doctorate in nuclear engineering sciences and is the current president of the national Health Physics Society as well as a fellow of the organization.
