RICHLAND, Wash. – The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and its National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) awarded Dade Moeller an Enterprise Wide Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 5 years and a ceiling of $300 million. Under the BPA, all DOE and NNSA offices can access Dade Moeller’s expertise on a variety of programmatic and technical issues, including nuclear safety, worker protection, and environmental remediation and reclamation.

Dade Moeller is a member of a BPA Contractor Team led by Link Technologies, Inc., a woman-owned small business based in Germantown, Md. Under the terms of the BPA, DOE and NNSA offices are authorized to award contracts to Dade Moeller either individually or as part of the Link Technologies team. According to the BPA award, 18 program offices at DOE/NNSA currently require support, including those responsible for nuclear nonproliferation; naval reactors; emergency operations; nuclear security; counterterrorism and counterproliferation; safety and health; environmental management; site restoration; waste management; tank waste and nuclear material; and safety, security, and quality programs.

“Winning this BPA with our longstanding client, the Department of Energy, is a meaningful validation of the quality of our past performance with them and a significant indication of their belief in the strength of our future capabilities,” said CEO Matt Moeller. “We look forward to working with old and new clients at DOE/NNSA to support their efforts to tackle the important challenges of our times, from cleaning up historically contaminated lands to ensuring domestic and international nuclear security.”

This BPA is a strategic sourcing initiative in accordance with the U.S. Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Memorandum, “Improving Government Acquisition,” aimed at reducing government contracting costs.
